Social Media Analysis Report: Gap & American Eagle
I conducted a comparative social media analysis of Gap Inc. and American Eagle, focusing on Instagram and Twitter. Gap's Instagram strategy impressed me with its innovative "Linen Moves" campaign featuring dancers and influencer partnerships. Their Twitter prioritizes customer service with a clear and concise approach. American Eagle effectively utilizes influencer marketing for inclusivity on Instagram, but could benefit from incorporating video content and reviving their dormant Twitter presence. Overall, Gap's audience-centric approach positions them as the leader in social media engagement.

Stella McCartney: Cultured Diamonds
To elevate Stella McCartney's commitment to sustainable luxury, my teammates & I developed the launch of a new cultured diamond jewelry line (in class). Through research, we identified the optimal season for maximum impact, considering consumer trends and purchasing habits. A strategic advertising and promotional plan was crafted to target environmentally conscious consumers. To secure buy-in from stakeholders, we created a compelling PowerPoint presentation summarizing the market analysis, launch strategy, and potential benefits. The clear and concise 10-minute presentation, along with detailed explanations, ensured success for this exciting new product line.
